Manually Edit Actual Time

You can manually correct the tracked actual time.

  1. Click the actual time display in the task detail screen or task list.
  2. A popover opens.
  3. Enter the new time.
  4. Click “Save”.

Manual editing clears existing time logs and overwrites them with the entered value.

How Actual Time Is Recorded

kakiko records the start and end times of tasks in detail.

  • Start time is recorded when the timer starts
  • End time is recorded when the timer stops
  • Multiple start/stop cycles are recorded as individual logs

The actual time is automatically calculated as the sum of all individual time logs.
